What is the age minimum?

You must be at least 16 years old to run the Spartan Sprint. To run the Super, Beast, or Ultra, you must be at least 18 years old. 

We also organize a children's race called Spartan Race Junior (from 6 to 13 years old). Please check that there is a Spartan Race Junior on the race you wish to participate.

All minors taken on the course will be removed from the race and will not be reimbursed. For security and insurance reasons, it is mandatory to follow these rules.
